Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, drops, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Thornwoven LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

International Shipping

At this time, Thornwoven LLC may not offer international shipping. If international shipping becomes available, additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
